Yes. We are listed on the service page of Tenways as a service point in Amsterdam. At the moment you can book our maintenance and repairs on tyres, brakes and drives.

How do I book a Tenways appointment?

Online via the booking form. Fill in your zip code, choose Tenways as a brand and then your model. You will see the price and the moments available before you confirm.

Are you also repairing engine, app or electronics problems?

No. A maintenance booking is for maintenance and suitable wear parts. Engine, app and electronics problems are not included. Please contact Tenways support for this.

Can I have parts replaced?

Tyres, brake pads and adjustment can be arranged during maintenance. For a specific other Tenways part you use the separate parts request, which is first assessed.

Can you bleed the brakes on my Tenways?

Yes. For compatible hydraulic brakes, you can arrange bleeding as additional work. Select your model and describe the problem when booking.

Can I add a second bike?

Yes. You can add a second bike at the same address at a fixed rate, which you can find on our rates page. It does not have to be Tenways, as long as it is a brand that is included in the booking form.
