We have everything with us on the cargo bike and just work on the sidewalk - a tight court or alley is no problem. You choose a moment online, the mechanic is at the agreed time in front of your door, and you pay afterwards via a link.

Yes - everything is on the cargo bike and we work on the sidewalk. Jordaan, canal belt, Nieuwmarkt: no problem.
How much is a VanMoof or Cowboy downtown repair?
Same as everywhere: maintenance €45,00 all-in, brake pads €24,00 per side, inner tube €15,00. No center surcharge. Brand specific work (belt, chain) you always hear in advance.
I live three-high without a lift - how does that work?
You just bring your bike down (or he's already outside) - the mechanic does the rest at the door. Nothing to carry, nothing to bring.
