Frequently asked questions from companies
Can employees bring their own bike?
Yes, we can take that into account in the agreements. Please forward the brands, models and desired work in advance, so that we can assess which bicycles we can do on location.
Can you work with a lease budget?
We would like to discuss a collaboration with the leasing company or budget manager. Whether activities from a leasing budget can be paid depends on their terms.
Is this a 24/7 road patrol?
No. We determine the accessibility, the working area and possible response times within the collaboration. At the moment we do not offer general 24/7 breakdown assistance or guaranteed response times.
How much does a collaboration cost?
That depends on the number of bicycles, the location and the desired service. You get a fixed price per bike in advance, so you know what you're up to. Mail us the number of bicycles and your address, then we come up with a proposal.
How many bikes do you guys do one day?
This depends on what has to be done by bike. A maintenance takes about half an hour, when repairs are done. When planning we calculate the number of bicycles to the required time.
What brands do you guys do?
For Cowboy and Tenways we do full maintenance. For VanMoof and Veloretti we do tires, brake pads and basic maintenance. At Gazelle, Cube, Giant, Trek and Kalkhoff we do the mechanical work.
