We replace a compatible inner tube during a maintenance visit at your home or office. One new inner tube costs from €60,00, including the visit and maintenance check. Select your brand and model to see available parts. This e-bike maintenance booking does not cover ordinary city bikes or unsupported models.
What is the total price?
Maintenance visit €45,00 + one inner tube €15,00 = €60,00, including VAT. At an address 3 to 6 km away, that is €75,00. Any surcharge for your chosen time slot is shown separately when booking. A new outer tyre and other extra work are not included in this example. See your selected total before confirming and pay after the visit.
Inner tube or outer tyre?
For a puncture, the mechanic also checks the outer tyre for the cause and for wear. If it needs replacing, choose a compatible option for your model. A new outer tyre also requires a new inner tube; both parts appear in the booking total. Additional work needs your agreement on the price first.
Which bikes and tyres?
Choose Cowboy, Tenways, Veloretti or VanMoof, then your model in the booking form. Tyre sizes and available parts vary by model. The displayed selection determines what you can book; one tyre does not fit every version. This visit covers mechanical maintenance and compatible wear parts, not motor, battery or electronic faults.

We visit your home or workplace. The base price covers addresses within 3 km in a straight line from the Rijksmuseum; from 3 to 6 km, add €15,00 for travel. Amsterdam-Noord and addresses beyond 6 km are outside our service area. Check your address when booking; the ring road does not determine the price.
