Short answer: maintenance €45,00 at home in the center; with one new inner tube €60,00 total, including travel, assembly and VAT. For addresses outside the center and certain time slots a surcharge may apply. You can see them before confirming your booking. Parts and additional work only go after your agreement; you pay after the appointment.

At OnTheRoad in Amsterdam, a maintenance service costs €45,00 all-in at the door (within the €60,00 ring): the mechanic comes to you, runs everything, adjusts, cleans belt or chain and lubricates, puts contact spray on the connectors and closes with silicone spray and a wax finish - travel and VAT included. You only pay after the appointment.
Count on €60,00 total in the center: €45,00 service visit at the door plus €15,00 for a new inner tube, including installation and VAT. A new tyre costs €39,00 to €45,00 per tyre, installation included.
We replace inner tubes rather than patching them (€15,00 per tube, in addition to the €45,00 visit). Combined with the maintenance visit in central Amsterdam, the total is €60,00.
€24,00 per side, on top of the service visit of €45,00. Both sides will be replaced at €93,00 in total, at the door and VAT included. The mechanic will also check the rest of your brakes with each appointment.
Hydraulic brake bleeding costs €30,00 per side in addition to the €45,00 service visit. Both brakes together cost €105,00 in total. A spongy lever that pulls back too far is a sign of air in the line.
Rule of thumb: every 2,000 kilometers, for most city riders once or twice a year. Drive daily or through weather and wind, then hold the top - brake pads and tyres wear on an e-bike faster than on a regular bike.
Only with a separate ANWB Bicycle Spech-help subscription, and that service brings you mainly on your way or home. If you are just at home or at work in Amsterdam, OnTheRoad comes along and replaces the band on the spot - €60,00 total, at an available time in the booking form.
