Flat tire on your VanMoof? No hauling your bike anywhere: our mobile bike mechanic comes to your home or office in Amsterdam and replaces the inner or outer tire on the spot, usually within 30 minutes.
Fixed today or tomorrow
Usually a spot within 1-2 days, often same-day - book online up to 1 hour ahead. The mechanic arrives with the parts on board, so it is done in one visit and your bike never has to leave the door.
Fixed prices, no surprises
Service visit €45 at your door (maintenance check included) + €12.50 per new inner tube. A new custom-fit outer tire (fits every VanMoof model) costs €39 per tire, fitting included. Everything clear upfront, you pay after the job.
Which VanMoof models
Every VanMoof model: S2, X2, S3, X3, S5 and A5. Official VanMoof tires no longer exist, but we fit a very similar custom-fit tire that suits each model exactly - especially useful now official VanMoof service is hard to find.
Frequently asked questions
How long does a tire change at home take?+
About 20-30 minutes for an inner tube; a bit longer if the outer tire needs replacing or the motor wheel has to come out.
Do I need to be home?+
Convenient but not required: if the bike is outside and reachable, we fix it and send you a payment link.
