What a maintenance visit includes
We check tyres, brakes, drivetrain and fastenings and discuss wear and any issues with you. Additional work and replacement parts need your approval on the price first.
Cowboy and Tenways maintenance
Select your brand and model when booking. Cowboy maintenance covers maintenance and compatible wear parts; motor, battery and electronic faults are outside this service. For a Tenways fault, contact us for an assessment before booking; acceptance is not automatic.
Booking and payment
Enter your postcode and bike details, then select an available appointment. Make sure your bike is accessible at the agreed location. You pay after the visit.

No. We offer Cowboy maintenance and compatible wear parts, not motor or electronic repairs. Please contact a suitable specialist for those faults.
